Mental Health Reactivation Program

A fully customizable 8-session program designed to address barriers to returning to work and helps individuals return to a healthy lifestyle. Through individualized support, it promotes mental and physical recovery, helping individuals move past a disability mindset. Weekly sessions with a Reactivation Consultant guide individuals develop coping strategies, addressing influencing factors and restoring function for long-term success.

Return to Work Counselling Program
Counselling to address mental health challenges to assist individuals stay at work or return to work.
A nine-week program (with an option for a five-week program) designed to address workplace barriers caused by mental health challenges. Delivered by counsellors experienced in vocational rehabilitation, the program helps individuals overcome personal or work-related obstacles, build confidence, and regain motivation.

Facilitate conflict resolution between an employee and employer, improving communication and relationships to support employment sustainability and or a return to work.
A service designed to resolve workplace disputes such as communication issues, performance conflicts, or team disagreements. Using a collaborative approach, a trained facilitator ensures both parties are heard and guides them toward mutually acceptable solutions.
